This book is an utter self-promotion and a basic advertisement to the author's websites so he can sell you supplements. The so called info he provides in the book is dismal. Basically he touts Omega-3 <-- yeah, because none of us knew that. Don't buy. Absolutely don't buy. It's a waste of your money.
