I had to improve the sharpness of my night vision or I risked having to cut down on night driving to reduce risks. My ophthalmologist recommended I use them to improve night-time visual acuity. She gave me a pair of the type that fit over prescription glasses, like goggles. That was not comfortable and created problems when I left the car or switched to another car. The "flip-ups" solved those problems in every way. No need to take them on and off at each road stop. I bought an extra pair.

In addition to improving acuity, that is the sharpness of objects in the shadows ahead, I found they improved slightly the problem of glare white out and reduced eye fatigue when I was on longer road trips.

I haven't been able to drive at night for years, because the glare from oncoming headlights and streetlights make it hard to see. I remembered that polarized filters cut glare, so I purchased these yellow polarized lenses. It's amazing. I can drive at night again with these. Seriously, the best $10 I ever spent. Actually, $30, because I bought two additional sets and now have a set in each of our cars.

With today's headlight jungle out there, everybody trying to out-HID the others and the law (at least here in North America) doing almost nothing to protect you, these are good means of self defence. The downside being that you have a hard time distinguishing street lighting from yellow traffic lights.

Have found these glare reduction glasses to be ideal for night driving and for driving on
days when it is raining and the cars and trucks throw up so much mist. My eyes feel much
better and I feel I am a much safer driver.

These are great for night driving and driving in bad weather (rain, snow). The clip on design means they will fit most any style glasses and they stay put wonderfully. They're not heavy. Beware using them during the day as they seem to amplify sunlight making it too bright for me to drive. Overall this is a great product if bright lights and/or bad weather trouble you when driving at night.

The glasses do a good job of blocking the sun's glare. However, they are too big for my glasses. They need to make them in a smaller size. Most glasses today have smaller lens.

I BOUGHT FOR DRIVING AT NIGHT AND WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE LESS GLARE FROM THE ON COMING HEAD LIGHTS. I WAS A BIT SURPRISED BY HOW MUCH IT IMPROVED MY VISION.

These flip-ups work very well to protect your prescription glasses. They work very well for target shooting when you are standing square to the target such as in a weaver or isosceles stance. The only problem I had was when rifle shooting and not standing square to the target and looking through a peep sight. In this position I look through the inner edge of the lens that produces distortion and the clip-on part gets in the way. Overall it works well.

I searched all over Tucson for these glasses for my Dad. He uses them because of his macular degeneration. As usual was able to fine on Amazon and they are perfect for his needs. They arrived early and are exactly as purported on the website. Great experience again.

I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT TO ANYONE WHO IS LOOKING FOR CLIP-ON SHOOTING GLASSES. THEY WORK AS PROMISSED AND FIT MY GLASSES PERFECTLY. AND THE PRICE IS GREAT.
