I previously bought some polycarbonate tumblers years ago and love them. I needed more and could no longer find the identical manufacture so had to buy these cheaper ones. They have the same design with the flutes on the bottome that prevent them from pooling water when upside down in the dishwasher (great). They have a very slight purplish hue compared to my other ones that you would likely not notice without another set to compare to them. The bad news is that they crack from the dishwasher dry cycle heat. The cracks occur in the bottom and are not that noticeable. Most of the time the crack is harmless. Occasionally when you fill on up the drink slowly drips out the bottom and the tumbler must be thrown away. I have washed them all about 25 times now over the last 6 months and have had a third crack and thrown away a tenth of them. I would give them 2 stars if they had any competition but still love polycarbonate tumblers and cant find another manufacturer.

The picture is correct in showing a short, wider glass in comparison to the "tall cooler" polycarbonate set that I also bought (that has the same heat intolerance).

had them a few months now the bottoms are cracking not a good product if your using in the dishwasher
