I love this phone because it is heavy. I could not find a new landline phone that had weight. They were all made of lightweight pastic and the cords would tangle and pull the phone off the table. This phone is cute. The ringer is kind of quiet even at high but still OK.

I bought this coke phone for a family member for Christmas. When I got the phone I just put it in the closet,then a month later I took it out of the shipping box. The other box the phone came in was all mildewy so I decided to take it out of the box and plug it in. The phone didn't work and then when I unplugged everything I seen some loose wires. the phone must have been stored in a damp place which may have damaged the wires internally.I called the place that I got it from and I got my money back almost instantly and they told me to keep the phone which I don't know what to do with it now cause I sure can't give somebody a broken phone for Christmas. Maybe I can use it as a paper weight. I did get a good deal on it though, which is why I bought it in the first place. I still think it's a good company and I'll probably use them again,it just had to be one of those things that happen once in a while.
