This review is from: Polypropylene Handbook 2E (Hardcover)
this handbook discusses in details from catalysts preparation, polymerization processes, physical properties, converting techniques, and marketing outlook. This 2nd edition adds in more discussions in metallocene catalysts and reorganizes the regulation and market sections. The text is very straight forward and the layout is easy on eyes. Very extensive references are provided for further exploration. This book is a must-read if your paycheck relies on PP.

i ordered the book for my workplace- r&d department of a plastics factory that injects hundreds of tons of PP a year. it helped me answer some basic questions i had about structure, mechanical behaviour and additives in PP.
a bit expensive, but quite essential for the ones that use PP and need to know what they are doing. |
