I really like this item. It's funny and functional except I can't even fit one dozen chocolate chip cookies in it. I'll be using it for a candy dish

Was surprised at the amount of cookies this jar might hold, not very many. Also thought the craftsman shipping was really lacking, all the body parts of the pig were uneven. I originally purchased the gift to give away as a house warming gift but just couldn't after seeing it. I did keep it though, as just filler on a shelf because my husband and I thought it was so funny looking. I definitely would not have purchased this item at this price if I would have seen it in person first.

Got this as a present for someone who adores pigs. It arrived quickly and was packaged very securely. So securely, in fact, that when I nosed into the package I had a heck of a time trying to put it back in the box. The pig itself is a sturdy little guy with a very sweet face. He is the perfect size for cookie jar with ample room inside and enough weight to stay on his feet. The only thing to be aware of was the packing material. It is made of thinly shredded wood(maybe?) and while it is awesome for protecting the pig en route it gets everywhere and I spent a few days chasing the cat around to retrieve the bits. This was an awesome gift and I would definitely recommend it!

Cookie jar is very heavy and seems like good quality - no complaints there. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the clay does have a few spots where the color is different... almost like it was rubbed off. It gives it an antique look.

I ordered this as a birthday gift for my sister. She loved it, but it arrived late because it took almost 3 weeks to ship! If you are ordering this item and need it by a certain date, be aware that it could take up to 3 weeks to arrive.

This item is unique -- nothing like it on the market. It is stylish, well made, and just the right size for cookies.
