Don't waste your money
There was nothing in this book that I haven't seen for free on the internet at various yarn manufacturers' websites (Lion Brand especially).

If you love ponchos, that old crochet stand-by, you will love this book.
There are 16 different ponchos for you to make. They are classics that you can re-work in endless combinations for yourself or for gift-giving. My personal favorite is the Retro-Spect Granny. For me, that's what I always think of when I picture a new poncho project. Of course, you can purchase new yarn for it, but it's fun to see what you can dream up using your scraps, using black to surround them and really make the colors pop. The instructions are clearly presented, and definitely offers enough to keep you working for some time. |
