Use a lot of water.

Smooth out air spaces between the strip and your nose

Let it dry until its DRY and CRUSTY-like.

At this point, peel VERY VERY SLOWLY.

I did these four things and I counted over 30 very very long blackheads the first time. I have big pores but it goes to show that even if you wash your face everyday, if you have a certain type of nose, you will nevertheless have pores clogged by blackheads from time to time. These nose strips work well in removing these clogs.

Oh this definitely gets the grime out of your nose--just be sure to let it really, really dry up good (the strip should crack when you peel it off). But you know, the dirt is going to go right back into those freshly opened pores, and then you'll be dependent on this product for as long as you care to be... it is fun to see all the oil come up though. It's on my wishlst, but only for special occasions. I wouldn't use it regularly. I wonder if it damages your pores...

I agree with the other reviewers about needing to let the pore strip dry THOROUGHLY before removing it. You can tell when it's thoroughly dry because it will feel hard when you tap it with your fingernail. DON'T TAKE IT OFF UNTIL IT'S DRY!!! I allow at least 30 minutes. And then remove it slowly, as the glue that sets up sticks just like a band-aid.

My only gripe is that the marketing makes it look as flexible as a band-aid, which it isn't. It's quite stiff until you get it wet, but even then it isn't all that pliable. After I've moistened the strip and smoothed it in place, it wants to straighten out as it dries so that bubbles form under it.

I bought this product at target for the first time, and it worked great, but the ones on here are different/not as good. Same box, different stips inside. I guess it still alright tho.

Does not do anything..

not one black head or WHITE head even on the strip after it's removed!

it doesn't do anything seriously & to think i bought a BRAND name

waste...
