Cool design & functionality, but not the build quality you would expect,

I've been looking for an iPhone case that was protective for the phone, minimal in size, and attractive. I am also one to be conscious of the radiation I'm exposed to on a daily basis, and given that I keep my iPhone in my pocket much of the time, my family jewels were of utmost concern.
I can't speak to the actual function of this case as protection from radiation (however, search [...] for an article on this case, and note the update to their initial suspicions...this case is legit). The fit of this case leaves something to be desired. The mold lines along the edge of the iPhone are prominent, with excess silicon hanging in places. Its not HORRIBLE, but I'm picky so I notice these things. The fit around the power button is rather loose, meaning you have to push harder than you'd think to work the button (note: I actually like the feel of the click I get from this button now). I find it much harder to use my volume up and down buttons with this case installed, and nearly impossible to toggle the mute button without a small tool. The design on the back of this case is very attractive and sheik, and I actually like it a lot. Its got a decent amount of grip, though with the fingers of varying length, it tends to pick up any loose particles you set it on. The bezel around the front of the phone is a good size, so much so that I would be confident placing my iPhone face down on a table. Overall, I'm happy with this case. The price is steep for its fit and finish but you can't get the radiation protection it offers anywhere else, so you have to take that into consideration. If the price drops to $40, this case will sell MUCH better.
