5.0 out of 5 stars actually..., May 1, 2003

(REAL NAME)
This review is from: Pontoffel Pock and His Magic Piano [VHS] (VHS Tape)
Pontoffel is a young man who tries to get a job at a pickle factory. He messes up, getting the push'em and the pull'em levers mixed up, and floods the pickle factory. He gets fired and goes home, which is a very sad rickety place where he lives alone. He wishes for a change, and then the pixy types show up with this magical piano that has tons of buttons. Each button will take him travelling to a different place, but there are rules.

Pontoffel travels around having wonderful adventures until he meets Neefa Feefa, the eyeball dancer. He falls in love with her, and she with him, but she's trapped dancing for this mosntrous tyrant. Pontoffel determines to run away with her, but she slips from the piano as they're making their escape. Pontoffel breaks the rules about the piano, and loses his ability to use it, so he can't find her. The pixy guys have to take the piano back, but wait... our main pixy guy has a plan... And if you want to know what happens to Neefa Feefa, Pontoffel, the pixies, and the pickle factory, you'll just have to buy it. Or become one of my Dad's patients. He still shows his video tape of it in the waiting room for the kids.

5.0 out of 5 stars My all-time favorite, September 9, 2003
By
Pontoffel Pock is my all-time favorite Dr. Seuss video. I had the tape when I was young, and now want to get it for my 3 year old little boy. I still remember all the words to the songs, and I know he will love it...especially since there is a piano involved! I would recommend this video to anyone of any age!!

5.0 out of 5 stars I love it, November 29, 2000

This review is from: Pontoffel Pock and His Magic Piano [VHS] (VHS Tape)
This was one of my favorite movies when I was little and altough I don't own it I have seen it so many times that it is embedded in by brain! It is about an old man who gets the gift of a piano from some pixies. The piano can fly when he plays it and he is supposted to be back at a certain time and he's not there and the little pixies are sort of singing a song about Pontoffel Pock and they sing the little song and he still doesn't came back so they have to go and get him. It is the best Dr. Suess movie I've seen.
