QUICK DELIVERY. GREAT PRODUCT. ONLY ONE PROBLEM. SHOULD HAVE BIASE AROUND THE LAYERS OF THE CRINOLINE. THE BOTTOM LAYER SCRATCHED MY LEGS ALL UP.

I ordered this slip for my daughter, it was not at all as pictured. It was cheaply made and the material was very poor quality. When I went to return it I found out there was a $15.00 restock fee,( WHICH ISN'T MENTIONED ON THE ORDER SITE) plus I had to pay to ship it back. SO I AM OUT $20.00 FOR A $39.00 SLIP THAT I CANNOT, NOR WOULD NOT USE BECAUSE OF THE SUBSTANDARD...

The petticoat arrived a day late for the party for which my granddaughter had ordered it. It was terribly scratchy and too long, so, even if it had arrived on time, she wouldn't have been able to wear it. I wish she hadn't opened it because now I can't find the paper work to return it.
