I ordered this item for an up coming trip to Alaska. Somehow something got messed up and I ended up receiving an incorrect item. No more than 3 minutes after emailing the seller to let them know, they called me immediately and were so helpful and apologetic. The item I ordered was the last of what they had so they ended up shipping me something that was even nicer than what I had originally ordered AND shipped it FED EX next day to ALASKA!!
I can not say enough about the how they responded to the issue and how what great customer service they provided. This seller is first rate in my book and I hope to use them again! In today's world, great customer service is very hard to find and they went above and beyond!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
