5.0 out of 5 stars Hours of Fun

1.0 out of 5 stars Too Loud
My son received this toy as a gift from his grandparents. We would never bought it since it is a very loud toy. It can be heard through the entire house. Anything this loud WILL DAMAGE HEARING!!! There is no volume control or off button. I recommend that no one buy this toy until the sound level is greatly reduced or there is some kind of volume control available for...

It's already been three weeks and there is not a day that she hasn't played with it. The first thing she does when she comes home from school is run over to play with her Pooh train. She loves the bubbles and the different Choo Choo noises. She even loves just pushing it around all over the house. Make sure you have lots of bubble refills on hand though. We went through the bottle that came with it in about three days.

My son received this for his first birthday over a month ago and there hasn't been a day yet that he hasn't played with it. He absolutely loves it! He enjoys pressing buttons and hearing all the train sounds, songs and Winnie the Pooh talking. He can get up on it by himself, but we have to push him (be careful, the orange handle isn't glued down on the back). The bubbles are a source of endless entertainment, but if the train tips, they spill out. You will definitely have to purchase more bubbles, it goes through them pretty fast. The hat that comes with it is a hard plastic and not much fun, but this is a wonderful toy with lots of activities that I would reccommend to anyone. (Sometimes I wish it had an off switch, though!)

5.0 out of 5 stars Pooh ride on toy - GREAT!!!, September 13, 2004

I bought the Pooh Bubble Fun Activity Choo Choo for my daughter on her 1st birthday. She LOVES IT! The bubbles are really cool and the music and buttons are easy for her to press. The only negative I have about this is it comes with a hat and it is 5x to big for her to wear. My 4 year old son can't even wear it. But the choo choo is really cool. The steering wheel even turns the front wheels. We used up the bubbles it came with the first day she got it. I can't seem to find any others that work with it but I am still looking for some.

Who came up with the recommended age for this toy??? The manufacturer say 3-5 and Amazon says 4-7? Are they serious?

My *1 year old* loves this train. He rides it, works the buttons and knobs and dances to the music it plays. I can not imagine my a 5 year old actually playing with this toy. My 5 year old daughter plays with her baby brother with it but she wouldn't be entertained on her own. And the size is much too small for a child that old.

With weight on it, it doesn't move across thick carpet very easily. My son plays with it all over the house but can only ride it on the hardwood floors.

4.0 out of 5 stars we love it!, April 4, 2005

My son is 21 months old, and we initially went to the store to buy a tricycle. But, it seemed to me that my son liked this sort of ride on more. For $29, this has so many features. My son loves bubles, many buttons that play music, storage area, and so on. I don't know when he may need a tricycle, my son is really happy with this.

My son received this for his 1st b-day, and boy does he love it! Especially the bubble blower! He even says 'bubbles' now! He is really entertained by the hide-n-seek buttons on the side, and loves the red music button on the steering wheel. He dances to his favorite tune!
He's been playing with this daily for 2 months now and is still enthralled! I love it!

5.0 out of 5 stars my sons favorite toy, January 10, 2007
This review is from: Pooh Bubbly Fun Activity Choo Choo (Toy)
This is by far my sons favorite toy. Its easy for him to use,(hes two). The music is not annoying. One tip, as soon as you get this replace the batteries, they will last longer than the factory ones. All in all, not a bad toy.

4.0 out of 5 stars baby loves it, but does it need special batteries???, August 22, 2006

My 11 month old LOVES this toy. There are so many features to play with and he loves them all. I've read some reviews that complain about the loudness of the toy. We just put some duct tape over the speaker which seems to tone it down a bit. It would be nice if it had an on/off switch or volume control like so many other toys. The other issue that I have is that now some of the features are beginning not to work. The bubble blower is no longer functioning, which is such a fun feature. I tried to replace the batteries and then nothing would work. So I put the old batteries back in, and today the part that plays the "winnie the pooh" song is not working either. The batteries that came with it say, "hi watt." Is this a brand or a particular kind of battery? Has anyone else had any similar trouble? The toy is less than a month old and my son loves it. I would hate for it to stop working!
