I am a Pooh fan from my childhood. I can't stand the Disney Pooh so the classics only for me. This book was creative. I mean how many touch and feel books do sticky as in honey is sticky? So cute. It went along with the story of Pooh visiting Rabbit. I loved the textures, from the rough honey pot to the soft Pooh tummy. A perfect touch and feel book. One of the best.

I love the way this book is set up. Its definitely meant to last through the years as each touch page has a simple line to read to babies, and each facing page has a long story to read to small children. We definitely won't get bored with this one. The variety of elements to feel is good. The sticky honey is definitely a hit.

I bought this for my 15 month old grandaughter. She loved to feel the textures and quickly picked out her favorites...fuzzy and sticky.

I ordered "Pooh's Touch and Feel Visit: A Pooh Texture Book" along with the Classic Pooh Chenille Bear (reviewed separately) for a first birthday gift for a granddaughter. I am very pleased with it. The different textures will be perfect for her right now, and the longer excerpts on the facing leaves of the book will be nice for reading aloud as she grows older, so I think this will have a much longer shelf life than the usual Touch books for babies. The sticky 'honey' is such a surprise :>)
