PoolGuard's Door Alarm DAPT-2 can help protect any swinging or patio door near a pool. When a child opens the door the alarm will sound within 7 seconds, and will remain on until reset by an adult. The alarm allows an adult to pass through without triggering the horn. Alarm will not allow someone to accidentally leave your door open for children to wander through.

As we just put in a swimming pool, we found out that we needed to have door alarms to pass our final code inspection. We tried another cheaper brand of alarm from the local H.D. store. But it would not pass inspection because it was not UL listed. Well THIS ONE IS! Yaaayyy! Our inspection passed with flying colors, and this awesome alarm keeps our pre-school age children from wandering outside without us knowing. I would highly recommend to anyone putting in a swimming pool, or even to anyone who really needs a good security device.
