Great exercise, small area,

This review is from: The Original Swimcords (Toy)
I have used swim cords for one year and they are the perfect link for pool exercise for me. I am not a great swimmer but I have belonged to a health club where I only do laps since it opened over 20 years ago. For the last year, I've used the heated club pool in the winter and my swim cords in the summer. I only do the crawl and I use small hand paddles. The pool is crowded in warm weather and unused in cold. I don't like sharing lanes and I am real disappointed when I spend the time to drive to the pool only to find too many people swimming or its closed for an aqua aerobics course. My home pool has a cover and heats up to 80F about mid May from the sun, and and holds it until about early October. If you have a pool and want the freedom to do long distance swimming without the crowds and no turns, you should try the cords.Operating the cords is easy. I hooked a nylon cord around the wooden pool cover enclosure and attached another bungee cord of 3' length which stays with the cords. They come short so be sure the combined length allows you to stand up in the pool for safety. |
