Doesn't say it is inflatable, at least not at the time we ordered it; they may revise to add that detail at some point. Thought it was hard plastic. Inflatable items don't work well in our pool because we have two dogs that we allow in the pool and they like to play with "toys." Inflatables won't last 30 seconds. Have to return it or give it away. Wish it stated that it was inflatable.
