It is an awesome CD worth spending the money. It is getting hard to find so I would go out and find it while you can. Horace Pinker is one of the best punk bands out there today with their one of a kind melodies and punk rock edge worth listening to over and over.

5.0 out of 5 stars Horace Pinker on the rise, October 21, 2000

This band rocks! Just listen to songs five and six and that will be enough to convince you right there, along with all the other great songs. Awesome melodies and just great punk rock. The lead singers voice sounds a lot like Slick Shoes, but also has a sound of its own making it much better. The best songs are 7 Hours, Nothing At All, Suppose To, and Seasonal. I suggest you go out and buy this CD if you want great music that will make you just want to bop your head. Keep up the great work Horace Pinker.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great Punk Rock, September 26, 2000
This review is from: Pop Culture Failure (Audio CD)
Horace Pinker is a great punk rock band with melodies like none other. I first heard them on Punk Bites 2 and I had to hear more. When I heard their new album I had to get it. You could play every song over and over. If you like Slick Shoes, you'll like Horace Pinker.

I bought Punk Bites 2 awhile ago and listened to a lot of the songs. When I got to song 27, Horace Pinker, I was blown away. I had to check more on this band. I found their newest album Pop Culture Failure. And all I have to say is, BRING ON HORACE PINKER! That CD is incredible. I think that is their best album to date. Every song is cool guitar riffs, incredible beats, and awesome vocals. I can't wait until Horace Pinker comes out with a new album. You won't be disappointed. LATE

Could this CD be any better?? HELL NO!! This CD is awesome! Blended melodic punk rawk with amazing vocals. You get hooked the first time you hear it. Can't get the songs out of your head, and why would you want to, they're awesome! If you don't have either Horace Pinker CD's, I suggest you go pick them up if you like melodic punk along the lines of Slick Shoes, Face To Face, or Saves the Day.

This CD was awesome. Great guitar riffs, smooth bass lines, and powerful drum beats all packed together with amazing vocals. It is very good melodic punk you find yourself listening to all the time. This CD was a GREAT step up from their last one, coming into a sound all their own. They are heading in a great direction with these two new albums, catching people's attention.

I listened to this cd with my friend when we were driving and it is rocks. Unforgettable songs that you will find yourself singing along with and tunes that stay in your head. Really good punk rock melodies. If you've never heard of Horace Pinker, give 'em a listen to. The song 7 Hours is incredible.

Very very cool CD. After listening to the first song, I was hooked. Horace Pinker blends cool guitar rythmes, awesome vocals, and amazing solos combined into a melodic type sound. It is worth every cent. If you like Face To Face or like Slick Shoes then you should check out Horace Pinker. Keep it up!
