Perfect collection of her Casablanca recordings!,

The other two reviews on here are more critical of the music, so I'm going to focus on the product.This CD contains both of her 1979 albums, "Take Me Home" & "Prisoner" neatly on one disc, in their original order. Every track is the same length it was on their respective vinyls when they were originally released, so no remixing or short versions of any songs here! Basically, this is the same as "The Casablanca Years", but is a German import that is noticeably cheaper in the Marketplace at the time of this writing. So if you want Cher's 1979 recordings with Casablanca, like disco music, or you're interested in Cher, do buy this while it's cheap! You won't be disappointed! :)

The songs on this CD are from 1979. Moast of them are faster. I'm not into Oldies so I can't say if the songs are good or bad. I only like Git down(Guitar groupie) and Love & pain.

The POWER of Cher,

A bit disappoining for a Cher album, but nevertheless Cher's voice shines through in all the great tracks from her long career. I would reccommend to any Cher fan. But this album fails to include the great songs from Cher's career.
