My son received this as a Christmas gift after he continuously tried to pull himself up on his other gym mat. His other mat was not durable enough for him to pull up on and hold on to so he can stand. He loves standing and now he can stand by himself with his new toy! He also loves the bright colors and music too!

I bought this activity gym when my daughter was pulling up and trying to walk. Since the old school walkers have been found to be unsafe, I wanted to find a walker-type toy without any wheels. This seemed like a good option, and my daughter has loved it since we got it out of the box. The songs change too easily, but she loves it. Even though she has now been walking for several months, she still loves to push the buttons and make the little swinging discs swing.
