I am disappointed with this book. For what I've seen of Sandy and her DIY segments, the book actually doesn't do better than what you could find on the DIY Scrapbooking site. In fact, you get full sized templates on the website. I prefer books that have good diagrams versus written instructions. In my personal opinion, diagrams when done right; are so much easier to follow. There are templates in the book, however you need to enlarge them 50% or more. Overall, if I'd reviewed this book before hand, I think I would have passed on buying it. If you do buy it, Amazon has the best price. A good reference book.

I checked this book and I support the comments from the previous person. The book has pretty pictures followed by written instructions. Not one step by step diagram can be found in the entire book. At the very end there are small simple diagrams without showing the real cuts. Not good at all.

I love the work of Sandy Genovese and was eager to get the book. I like what I see in the book but would have liked a bit more variety, these seemed a little plain for Sandy. Good instructions, good clear pictures. A good technique book.

I am enjoying this book and getting lots of great new ideas! It is a different type of card making book, one that allows your own creativity to flow. The book has big pictures and the author provides a patterns section, and adds drawings and tips boxes throughout the book.

Creative & varied pop-up card ideas! Colorful pictures of finished products. Enough details in description & pictures to be able to recreate your own. Gives suggestions for variations rather than just the one shown.

LOVE this book. I have spent hours with it and know I will use it MANY, MANY times in the future. Creative, inspirational ideas. Great for a place to jump start your own fun and exciting projects!

Just what I needed for inspiration. Lots of different looks. Sandi has a wonderful show on DIY and is great with details.

This is the greatest pop-up card book you could have....you can do them like they are in the book, but if you let your imagination go, it is endless what you can do with the info you get from this book....love, love, love it!

The book has quite a few relatively easy ideas for showy pop-ups. They could be handled by middle to upper primary school age children. I'm happily trying several of them.

I like the book, as far as it goes. It's pretty and well done, but I guess I expected a bit more in the way or examples.
