If you haven't had the chance to experience Peggle yet, now's the time. After a few iterations on the PC and DS, Peggle is on Xbox Live Arcade and it's a great addition. This game is simple, drop a ball into a level filled with (mostly) blue and orange pegs, with the goal to clear all the orange pegs within 10 balls. Sounds easy right? It is easy in concept, which makes it great for everyone. As you progress to more difficult levels, it definitely takes some thought and planning to get through. If you have an extra $10 around and are in the need for a quality, casual experience then download Peggle.

Peggle is a product of PopCap Games that has invaded every aspect of gaming. Peggle is so popular that there is even a version for World of Warcraft where you can play in-game.

Peggle is a very simple yet addictive game. You shoot a metal ball into a field of "peggles" (blocks that allow the metal ball to bounce around). Each peggle you hit is removed from the game board when the metal ball is out of play. The goal is to remove all orange peggles from the field of play before you run out of metal balls.

While the concept seems like it's been done a hundred times before, PopCap does it right so that people come back to the game. It shines as a casual game where not a lot of thought is needed if you just want to relieve some stress after work. The achievements for xbox live make it a more complicated, thoughtful game as they require you to clear ALL of the peggles from the field, not just the orange ones. Finally, the multiplayer brings people together for silly, fun competition in either a head-on duel or a "peggle party" where you try to beat other player's scores.

Peggle is worth the $10 due to the amount of time that can be lost on it. It's one of those game where you will turn it on and then wonder where four hours went.

The only bad thing I can say about Peggle is that it's addicting! It has two-player online duel multi-player and four-player online Peg Party multi-player.

I first heard of Peggle through Major Nelson's Twitter feed. Specifically, he was talking about how his wife was hooked so I believed that this was a game for girls. The worst part of that is that I wasted so many months not playing Peggle!

I love this game! It's easy to start, easy to play, easy to enjoy. Shoot the ball and see what pegs your ball hits. Hit all the orange ones on a level before you run out of balls and you win. Once the campaign is over you can play through all the levels again with 45 instead of 25 orange pegs. Add local and online multiplayer and compete with friends to get the most points. There isn't a mode that isn't great.

I highly recommend this for casual gaming fans (or those of us who don't have time right then to get into a match of Modern Warefare 2.)

What in theory should be a casual pick up and play quickly becomes highly addictive. I expected this to be the type of game you play a couple rounds and put down after, but those few rounds always turn into hours. Mainly it's the way the game rewards the player that makes it so addictive along with the "just one more round" mentality that's oh so easy to get into.

The game starts out easy and ramps up the difficulty changing the game from simple point and click to real strategy. Once one completes the adventure mode it unlocks the peggle master challenges which add hours more play to the game. In addition, this version includes online multiplayer duels and parties that add a whole new dimension to the game.

Last, a Peggle Nights expansion was recently added on XBL for just $5 which essentially doubles the game content. I highly recommend this game.

There isn't much to say except that this game is fun, and very addictive. You won't regret playing this.

I own this game on my laptop, home pc and xbla not to metion other verisons like Peggle nights. This game is one of the most addictive games I've ever played, and with the achievements on 360 it makes it even more addictive. Buy this game, unless you have other addictions that you need work out first like meth use!

Love it, one of the games on my xbox that the whole family can play and understand.

If you have not played this game yet, try the demo. That was enough for me to purchase the game. Each set of levels has a new function to help you complete it. A mash up of Pachinko and bust-a-move into the perfect formula for addiction. Move over Tetris, Peggle is here.
