Gotta love the art "terrorist"
As an old 60s hippy, I can really appreciate this guy for his nonconformity and attacks on corporate propaganda. He's not only a talented artist, he's brilliant and not afraid to stand up for what he believes in. If more of us would stand up we could make a difference in our world. Purveyor of the obvious.
Ron English, while a technically skilled artist, has the subtlety and wit of a college freshman art school student. Nothing the man says through his artistry is clever or unique in any way,nor is the use of pop culture iconography. He has a wonderful way of stating the obvious and beating you over the head with it repeatedly. Its unfortunate such talent is wasted on the...

As an old 60s hippy, I can really appreciate this guy for his nonconformity and attacks on corporate propaganda. Nothing the man says through his artistry is clever or unique in any way,nor is the use of pop culture iconography. He has a wonderful way of stating the obvious and beating you over the head with it repeatedly. Its unfortunate such talent is wasted on the most hackneyed subject matter one could muster up. Even the pop artists of yore were much more subversive than this candy coated audience pandering. What ever happended to abstract thinking in art?
