5.0 out of 5 stars A must read, November 22, 2008
This review is from: Popcorn Miracles (Paperback)
I just finished reading Popcorn Miracles. I'm not a big reader, but finished it in a few days because I couldn't put it down. It truly reached me where I am at in my life. It encouraged my faith by showing me that I can pray about anything and that God answers specific prayer, even for the smallest things. The book has lots of Bible verses, too, so I could see how God's word can come alive in my life in tough situations. I really recommend this book. I am thinking of getting some as Christmas gifts as I liked it that much from start to finish.

5.0 out of 5 stars A Great Life Inspiring Book!! A MUST READ!!, March 26, 2009
This review is from: Popcorn Miracles (Paperback)
This book came to me as a gift from a special person at just the right time....A Popcorn Miracle of my own! The stories are so inspiring and so relevant to all of our lives. How many times have you wondered about a circumstance and coined it as luck or karma. There are no such things... This book clearly captures the truth and essence of GOD's amazing love for humanity and the grace extended to us all once our hearts are aligned with the plan that the almaighty creator has created for each of us. This is a must read book, you will not be able to put it down. I read it cover to cover in one sitting, and I carry it with me to reference many of the stories as I am sharing them with others. I personally enjoyed the material so much that I purchased a case of books to share with others, and I have already seen the direct impact that GOD has made on their lives through the sharing of this book. Thank you Gail and Bob for sharing...I am already looking forward to book #2. GOD bless. Roxsan Agront

5.0 out of 5 stars Encouraging, upbeat book - easy read pick-me-up for troubled times, November 11, 2008
By
This review is from: Popcorn Miracles (Paperback)
I really enjoyed Popcorn Miracles. I'm not a big reader, but finished it in a few days because I wanted more of the encouragement and hope that overflowed out of these real stories of how God answered prayer. Sometimes it is hard to know why God answers some prayers and not others (or at least not the answer we were looking for). Popcorn Miracles encouraged my faith as the authors example of praying about everything really had dramatic results. The book has small, everyday examples - but when you see how faithful God was in answering these, it encouraged me that nothing is too little to put before Him. I recommend the book - especially in the current tumultuous economic times when we need a reminder of Gods nearness and that He does care about our lives. Even the small everyday concerns.

I love this book! It's fun and easy to read, yet it holds lots of important life lessons. The most important is that God is with us and creates "popcorn miracles" in all of our lives.

5.0 out of 5 stars "A Break From Everyday Problems and Challenges", September 28, 2008
By
This review is from: Popcorn Miracles (Paperback)
"Popcorn Miracles" is awe inspiring and a great pick me up in today's world of stress and insurmountable challenges. It's a breath of fresh air just to get away and read this book that is so filled with inspiration, hope and peace. It is such an enjoyable and easily understandable read. This book neither preaches , nor condems, but gives a bright shining light to everday life and its circumstances. It helps us to really come to know that there are answers for us out there in this topsy turvy world and gives one such a sense of peace and strength. After reading the book, I hope that you too, like I, will come to know that we are not alone in this world, that there is a constant help and companion for us far greater than any problem that we face and that each and every day we too can experience a popcorn miracle in our own lives.

Wow, what a great book. Me and my wife finished the book the day we got the book. But we keep reading over and over few chapters that inspired us. This book has full of very inspirational short stories that will put you in tears and laugh. Also this book is great to have around to pass to non-believers.

If you want something to "make your day", then get this book! It will make you laugh, cry & give you tears of joy, while building up your faith to believe in the impossible in our everyday lives! Not only is it a fun, inspirational read, it also challenges you to think & see & believe outside the box. These are short stories that are unique & true & delightful! It's a quick read that you won't want to put down! I'm buying a whole bunch to give as gifts to encourage my friends & brighten their days...but also maybe even give to some that I meet that could really use a gift of hope & good cheer...

5.0 out of 5 stars A Little Bit of Sunshine, September 16, 2008
This review is from: Popcorn Miracles (Paperback)
Popcorn Miracles is a wonderful little book with short stories of how God works in our every day lives. You've heard about how God reached Moses through a burning bush, and Saul of Tarsus (who later became the Apostle Paul) was stopped on the road to Damascus. These are extraordinary events. But did you know that God performs miracles in all of our lives to get our attention and make his presence known? Bob and Gail Kaku have written down those little "popcorn miracles" to show you how God draws near to us and says He loves us. Try their book. You won't be disappointed. You might even recognize some of your own stories.
