Digitally remastered edition of the soundtrack to the 1972 film composed by the late Maurice Jarre. The film has a truly glittering cast with Liv Ullman in the title role, co-starring with Trevor Howard, Maximillian Schell, Olivia De Havilland and Franco Nero. Now re-released in a restored theatrical version as originally intended by director, Michael Anderson, the music, issued by Harkit for the very first time has been a true labor of love. Well over two years in preparation, the end result is a magnificent package replete with previously unseen on-set photos and magnificent notes by Randall Larson as well as an appreciation of Monsieur Jarre by James Fitzpatrick.
