Fantastic Read,

This review is from: Popgun Volume 4 (Paperback)
Four is by far the best Popgun yet. I started reading during a car trip and had to force myself to put it down so I could talk to company! Considering the stories in the book span different genres, there's something for everyone. Popgun would be a great addition to your comic collection.

By far, Popgun is the King of the underground comic scene. These cats are outpacing the stale main stream by a mile. The entire series (1-4) is amazing, and Popgun 4 is the best of 'em. Eclectic, and well crafted, Popgun 4 offers something for everyone. I highly recommend this book. A lot of bang for your comic buck too. Whether you're an old school comic 'fan boy' or just someone, like me, who appreciates great writing and fantastic artwork, Popgun 4 will not disappoint.

This anthology is ABSOLUTELY beautiful. Without a doubt, it's the best comic anthology you will find. For one thing, it's huge, so you get a lot for your money. For another, it's got so much variety!! Whatever mood I'm in, Popgun has something to satisfy my comic cravings. Okay, back to reading. :)

so many stories and none of them is memorable. i must compare this book to Dark Horse Myspace or Flight series books that are simply great.
this book has dozens stories with many styles but all of them are just mediocre or simply bad. i liked only one, the last one, and it didnt save the book. the book itself looks great, pictures are mostly nice, great quality of paper, vibrant colors, huge tome... but. |
