Great opposites book,
By Sonny L (New Mexico) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Popposites (Hardcover)
This book gives a graphic representation of opposites. The pop-up format is really good for learning what the words mean in a graphic hands on way kids can understand. The kids love this book so much it is wearing out quickly!

learning tool,
By Joyce Jay (Beloit, Ks United States) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Popposites (Hardcover)
I work with children every day and this book sneaks in the learning! Teaching language skills is imparitive and this book does just that. It shows what the word means and many of the pictures are of children. The children are capativated as well as learning. It's a fun little book. I'm reordering it. We've worn the first one out!

great book,

This review is from: Popposites (Hardcover)
This is a wonderful book for children. My one year old has had a great time learning opposites with the colorful pictures and imaginative pop-ups, flaps and pull tabs. Some parental supervision is required if you want the book to stay in good shape.

Great first book to teach "opposites",
By A Customer
This review is from: Popposites (Hardcover)
This is a great book for teaching the concept of opposites. By the time babies are 1-year-old they are helping to pull the tabs and open the envelope. "Open ... closed". "Few ... many". "Full ... Empty". "Short ... long". "Down ... up". It's fun, it's interactive, and the color photos are easy for even young babies to focus on.NOTE TO AMAZON.COM Why is this book listed as reading level "4-8"? |
