Both my kids love this show. It introduces some interesting concepts in a funny engaging way. I recommend it for younger children (ages 4-5).

My 8-year old, who loves science, spent hours watching this one day. I did not watch closely, but it seems to give a nice overview on a wide variety of topics. The show is hosted by two children.
