I love how the product disassembles and assembles again very easily (I'm constantly moving). It's simple and blends with any decour, and it can hold my 5-gallon water jug very sturdily. No problems or complaints whatsoever, I'm very happy with this product.

This is the perfect water dispenser for my home. It's easy to install and most of all affordable. I would definitely recommend this product. Fast delivery and no complications :)

The item arrived very timely, it was easy to put stand together, and works great. I have had some good comments on the looks vs the usual water coolers.

We ordered this bottled water system because we just had a baby and we have well water which is not recommeded when mixing formula. It was easy to put together, it looks great in our kitchen, and it is serving its purpose of providing clean water at room temp.

There seems to be a leak I have to assume its from the valve which was pictured black but was white in the box the leak can't be ffrom the ceramic asuming its from the valve

I love this water cooler. It looks nice in our kitchen, and doesn't take up a lot of room. It actually keeps the water cooler then room temperature. LOVE IT! Good buy for the money.

It arrived on time, in one piece. Went together really easy. The stand is a little cheap but it's held up OK so far.

I needed a water dispenser for 5 gallon glass bottles. Instead of getting something fancy and more than I needed, I decided to get something simple but attractive - this was perfect. I really like it and it looks great and functions well.

So I just opened my water stand and its safe to say this is quite possible the cheapest, and most low quality product I have ever wasted money on. The wood is flimsy with a poor black paint job that is coming off. The center piece which holds the porcelain is made of a thin piece of cardboard. However, the best part is, the screws which are supposed to hold the stand together were not included.

Oh and I forgot to mention that the standard shipping cost was $25. I'm not trying to rant I just hope this review helps someone else from wasting their money.
