4.0 out of 5 stars Not Just the 924, May 24, 2001
By A Customer
This review is from: Porsche 924 (Car & Motorcycle Marque/Model) (Hardcover)
This book is an interesting history of not only the 924 but all the sordid details of the Volkswagen - Porsche agreement. It includes reasons why the cars were not selling well at some times and were at others. In depth detail on American, British, and German economics and how they effected the creation of this car and the furthering of the company are clearly explained. Lots of pictures makes it great for a book to be looked at by guests and will let you experience the history. A brief buying and restoring guide is found at the back which can be of some use as well.
