I have two books about Boxsters " Porsche Boxter Story The entire development story" by Paul Frere and this one. I can say that this book is by far much better. It has many pictures of the development of the Boxster and a lot of historical information that lacks in the Paul Frere Book.The Paul Frere book is more of a description of the development of the Boxsters since 1997 but doesn't go back to the drawing board and inside the minds of the people who developed it. If you ask me I would say without hesitation: Go for this one. If you are a Boxster owner this is the book you should have in your collection.
