The scale is a great piece of equipment, precise and accurate. I placed standard weights from 1 to 100 grams on the pan and the readings were on the mark.

I use the scale for weighing jewelry and photo chemicals. It is easy to use and store.

It makes for a wonderful gift too.

I was very pleased with this product. It was a VERY good price compared to the same product from other vendors. It was described perfectly. I received exactly what I wanted!

These scales do the job. At this price you couldn't go wrong. I have been using these scales for about a month now and I am very satisfied. I only use the Gram measurements. At 0.1g measurements its seems relatively accurate. You will need to put the scales on a level surface for accurate measurements. You can't use these on your lap or similar situations.

I ordered these scales on Nov 17th at 11:51pm est and they arrived via FIRST CLASS MAIL from the USPS at 1:00pm est on Nov 20th! I was NOT ONLY amazed at the speed with which SCALES-n-TOOLS processed my order and shipped it out, but also by the method! They could have chosen to use a much cheaper means such as Parcel Post, etc., but they chose FIRST CLASS, and have been so in every respect!! Now that I have had and have used these scales for roughly a month, I could not be more delighted with my purchase! They are EXACTLY as described in the Scales-n-Tools Section of AMAZON.COM. As a matter of fact, the description really does not do these scales justice as they are more heavy duty and rugged feeling than the literature led me to believe. I was expecting a somewhat decent, yet flimsy set of scales for the price I paid, however to my sheer surprise, I received an amazingly easy to use out-of-the-box set of digital scales that are anything other than flimsy! I think everyone should own a set of these scales! They are so accurate and easy to use that I have not only used them to weigh gold, silver, and such, but I have also used them to weigh food items in the kitchen! They turn off in case you forget to do so which saves on your battery life, and because they come in a hard plastic case, the two halves of the case are designed to provide two different sizes of tubs in which to place your items to be weighed. You can also choose not to use the tubs but to just use the stainless steel platform that these tubs sit upon. Once again, these scales are amazingly sturdy and function extremely well and are completely accurate! I rarely speak out about products like this, but in my opinion, these are a MUST HAVE for EVERYONE! You will be so surprised as you run around the house weighing everything you can think of just to prove them wrong! But you can't! They will prove over and over again that they are not only COOL to look at and use, but just as accurate to match! Enjoy!!

My blade had trouble deploying into the fully extended position, and often it would encounter trouble trying to lock back into position inside the scale while attempting to achieve the "closed position". When I first received this products, which didn't take long, (the shipping was VERY fast!)I noticed what appeared to me to be some type of spring protruding from the opening on the under side of the scale. It didn't look to me like it was supposed to be that way. But i am no scale expert. However it didn't seem to effect the scales performance. I'm just sharing with you my experiences, so you can use this information as an aide in deciding if this purchase is right for you. The accuracy of the scale was OK. If your looking to see things down to .1 of a gram, it should do this job accurate within one .1 give or take. But I have never had any major problems with it as far as gross weight inaccuracies. I have had the product for a week now. It does the job. I payed very little for it. Over all, would I buy it again? Most likely. The money is right, and the product is cheap, but def not trash. Works, and does the job it was bought for. Could be easier on the eyes, and mechanically more stable. Shipping was VERY fast, a very big plus. Came with nice fake leather sheath for scale, and two "tearable" plastic trays which lock into one another to form a protective case around the scale. When taken apart they make two different depth plastic dishes which can be put atop the scale with the the "tear" function enabled to contain the content you are trying to weigh. I found these extra little things that came with it a nice touch. Cheap, but nice, and effective, and they def didn't have to include them. Product included, and contained satisfactorily working batteries. The scale appears to come with some kind of warantee. I like that as well. Though i have never had to use it, or inquired at all about it from the manufacturer. Over all I would say this is a good cheap scale if what you need doesn't have to be accurate down to very small measurements, like MM, you need it fast, and you don't wana pay to much. I bought this digital scale to use in my coin collecting hobby. So far, it has lived up to my expectations of it.
The service was quick and efficient. A great buy and excellent customer relations.

Worked great the first few times. Had to change batteries and still doesn't work.

Its overall great and i haven't had any problems at all. My only complaint is the portability. The scale about the size of a pocket so yeah its portable but it really sticks out.

I had to return this item but the seller was nice about it! Found the item was not very accurate and could only weigh full or half carat/gram/etc weight. Also, the item was not well constructed and was not shipped as quickly as expected.
