For the price, it works as advertised. I'm an artist, and use this to project digital images created on my mac onto canvas. So, it pretty much does what I need it to, but have no idea how it would do with more complicated media, such as movie files. What's annoying is that it doesn't come with an instruction manual, just a wee little mini CD that I can't use with my side-loading drive. Since there's no manufacturer label on the device or on the box it shipped in, I can't search online for a manual either. While it's not hard to use, I still had to fiddle with the buttons and switches before I could figure it out. Also, it has a habit of ejecting itself improperly from my desktop at random, so I won't be keeping it plugged in on the off chance that repeated improper ejecting could mess up the firmware. So far I'm not unhappy with it, but I'd sum up the product with a "meh, s'ok. I guess."
