Wanted truly portable speakers for 1st Gen iTouch. Did not expect theater sound. I wanted sound for my youtube and home videos to share them easily anywhere. GREAT product, very cleverly engineered. Would buy another and recommend. Wish there had been more "instructions" about how to open the speakers for the "wide" view, for example. And I did figure it out!

Cyanics Portable Swing Speaker with Protective Case for iPod Touch 1st Generation

I have a iPod Touch 1st generation and was looking for a portable speaker. This was perfect for my office and it also has a audio-jack if you want to use your headphone instead. Also, it has a built in rechargeable battery and does not use the battery power from my iPod. This has two speaker options; For vertical viewing / listening, just swing the speaker. For wide-screen viewing, just press down the button on the back and the speaker works as a stand & just sit back and watch the movie! All this for less than $ 30? What a deal!
