I bought 3 different storage units for my daughter, she called to say this design was hopeless it didn't go together.

Based on the mistakes she made and the comments here, I studied the single page of instructions and eventually I was able to put the item together.

Its not very substancial compared to others I purchased and mine is faulty. The shoe storage is upside down and can't be used (the holes to insert the bottom section define the correct way up so its a manufacturing error) and the zips had come apart before even first use.

I'm planning on returning mine.

This item looked nice on the web. The metal pieces go together nice and easy. However, the instructions for the fabric were non existant. You had to assemble the metel pieces inside the fabric because they didn't allow for zippers or openings too slide fabric over metal frame after assembly. Fabric has now ripped trying to get over metal frame. In addition, it has been 3 weeks since I contacted shipper for replacement parts and I still have not received them.
