Really pleased with the puchase. Large screen, good looking frame and best of all, great picture clarity, good color and a lot of memory. I'll eventually buy another one.

Purchased this frame for a xmas present(for wife & self). This is the first frame we have ever had. I like the reviews (on this site)for this manufacturer 1 year warranty .great customer service the frame has a great clear picture great picture even at angles, lots of options (files) to arrange your pictures .Which is nice because this frame doesn't have shuffle(only compliant) We liked it so well we purchased the 10.4" for daughter/ son inlaw & kids it also has a very good picture even thought the resolution is about half that of the 15" This was free shipping and there is no need to pay extra to get it faster. IT was here within 7 days and that was with ordering the evening before Turkey Day!!

This frame has amazing picture quality- came quickly and unlike some others no damage- as an added bonus it was to come with a 1gb sd card but was upgraded to a 2gb card. up and running in 15 minutes- Gave as a gift-

This one does what it says it will do. I ordered the comparable Smartparts frame before I tried this one. Had to send the Smartparts frame back. This one plays video WITH SOUND! Smartparts will not.

THIS IS A GREAT FRAME!

Very happy with this product. I have been using this picture frame to show some simple videos + pictures in a retail store I manage. I like to show the weekly sales plus Bible based messages that I believe cheer up people when in a tough day.
The product has been working every single day for 4 months now and I have no problems with it.
When I want to get new information in it I just get an extra SD Memory Card into it and it is ready. No problem to do the picture and video editing on a Mac.
Videos can be a little choppy, but since my videos show text + pictures and not actual people movies with too much movement in it, you can barely notice the choppy movement. For regular movies I believe it is not nice, look elsewhere.... I never use the audio feature in it.
Picture quality is "very good" but dont expect a very high quality super bright crisp HD image as in a high end computer. YES, it does the job for MY needs....
Would I use it as a picture frame at home? NO, Why? As a photo fan I would like to see more bright and crisp images, but again, I'm VERY PICKY when it comes to my pictures, if you are not very picture quality demanding, I guess it will do the job for 90% of users. For example, if I give this as a gift to my parents they would actually love it.

I have been using this for a few days, therefore, I am too sure about its durability. Otherwise this is an excellent product with respect to its look, finishing, versatile features. There was some hiccups in the software; it hanged once and I had to restart it. To get the best view you have to look straight at it. That's little bit of a problem in my opinion. The resolution is very good and the picture looks bright. Overall, a very good product.

The item that is shipped does not match what is described. It comes in a black cheap frame. Not the Cherry frame that it shows.

Until Amazon corrects the description do not order this item. You will not be happy.
