The Cube
If you hear a high pitch noise coming from the cube after you have plugged it into the cube, take the protective cover off the phone and it clears up the connection.

Doesn't work with Blackberry 8350i
I bought this for my Blackberry Curve 8350i, but it makes a horrible squealing sound when I plug it in. I had to buy another adapter, since the speaker had none that would successfully connect to my mobile. I tried it on an old Sony Ericsson P910, and it works fine. Just NOT COMPATIBLE WITH BLACKBERRY 8350i.
