I recently purchased The Women's Health Big Book of Exercises: Four Weeks to a Leaner, Sexier, Healthier YOU! While I love the book and am eager to begin the workouts, I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for using this book at the gym. It's too bulky to take with me, so I was planning to photocopy certain pages, etc. and/or write in a small journal or notebook all the exercises I want to do at the gym. Does anyone else have any better ideas? Sorry if this is a stupid question.... I already kinda feel like a nerd in a gym, so I would like to avoid looking like an even nerdier nerd carrying around my big ol' book. :0) Thanks!
