HERE'S WHAT READERS ARE SAYING ABOUT WAR OF THE FAE, BOOK 7:
"THIS SERIES WAS AMAZING!!! This is has been one of my favourite series and Elle Casey is now one of my favourite writers, and will be for a long time! :) I can't really do these books justice here, so just read them. NOW!" ~ Hollie Kelly, Goodreads Reviewer

"Amazing.  I finished the entire series...in about two weeks or so, finishing this one in one day. I absolutely loved these books. They were very well written and the story had me hooked from the beginning... I couldn't stop myself from compulsively buying the next book in the series around 4am, sometimes, just to keep reading. I lost quite a bit of sleep on this series... I am definitely a fan of Elle Casey." ~ Kathryn, Amazon reviewer

"The best book EVAH!!!!!! This seventh book has brought me laughter, tears, and surprise through every turn of every page. I CANNOT wait for these next three books to come out! Portal Guardians was the best book out of all, and this is saying a lot because I am probably the BIGGEST bookworm you will ever see... I can't wait for the next three books!" ~ Wendy R., Amazon reviewer

"I seriously think this story is one that I would never get tired of reading... their world, adventures, relationships, friendships, all of it is what made this series hands down probably one of my favorite reads." ~ Traci, Goodreads Reviewer

From the Author

A reader fan recently set up a blog dedicated to casting the actors for the War of the Fae movie. No, it is not in production to be made into a movie, nor have I sold the rights to anyone for the movie. But just in case I ever do, my fans will be sure the casting director has a complete line-up ready! Check it out: bit.ly/WOTFmovie

I finished the entire line, from War of the Fae book one, in about two weeks or so, finishing this one in one day. I absolutely loved these books. They were very well written and the story had me hooked from the beginning. I'm not one for detailing the story line in reviews-- so I will leave it at this: I couldn't stop myself from compulsively buying the next book in the series around 4am, sometimes, just to keep reading. I lost quite a bit of sleep on this series, which was suggested after I had read the available Apocalypsis books. I am definitely a fan of Elle Casey.

Jayne and her fae friends will be missed! This was an epic ending to two wonderful series'. This book had a lot of loose ends to tie up, and I wasn't sure if Elle could do it in one book, but the master has accomplished the impossible... wonderfully done! (bows down to the queen)

Thinking back to the very beginning of the War of the Fae series, I've realized Jayne has come a long way. She's always been awesome, but now she has grown into an awesome leader with an even bigger heart. Despite all of her colorful language (which I loved about her), she is a great role model. I love that she always wanted to do the right thing for everyone when she could have easily taken the opposite route.

I was happy to see who she ended up with in the end... it's who I liked from the very beginning! (Yay me, for getting my way!) I don't like spoilers, so I won't say who it is. In this book, she became quite mature. She was able to put her personal feelings aside and really look at a situation, which in the end, was a real blessing. Jayne truly had a ton of people that finally "got" her. I was relieved to see that she had so many friends and family that loved her.

The very end of the book ended in a very nice way. I was so used to cliff hangers with these two series', and it was refreshing to be stunned by an ending that wasn't leaving me wondering what was next! I am looking forward to the epilogue because, well... I've come to feel like these characters have become family to me, and I'll never be able to totally let them go!

P.S. I love that Tim's son is just as awesome as he is! Now off to play spider nakie!

This is my favorite book of the clash of the otherworlds....I loved war of the fae series and clash of the otherworlds, BUT Jayne Blackthorne finally puts all the pieces together in this one and kicks some serious ass. LOL

I feel like I have been on a roller coaster for the last 6 books and we finally came flying down the last hill back to the station! Yippeee! (hands in the air) what a ride! Thank you, Elle has been pumping out these books so fast...(no time to lose your adrenaline rush from the previous book) But now that I have caught my breathe...I may have to re-read the whole series because now I have no new Jayne calamities to look forward to.

Every book makes me laugh and root for my gal, Jayne and her pals (especially the pixie family living with her), but this one gave me the last piece that I have been missing (just a little)a great love finish. I've said before that I hate love triangles, and Elle not only had a love triangle but dipped into about 3 or 4 possible love interests for Jayne. I was rooting for one, switched half way through to a different one and changed again by the end to a different one (I didn't even get mad about it!). I usually pick out the one I want her with in the beginning and it makes me mad if it changes, but Jayne's changes were understandable and she grew so much that it was actually nice that she didn't fall in love with the love of her life so quickly. If you read the series from the war of the fae through this one...she actually was attracted to this one from the beginning.

Thank you Elle...you make your crew come off the pages and I know that (me the reader) believe all your characters are my own crew. I will truly miss reading about Jayne's misadventures trying to be the Mother of all fae and roommate to Tim the great...Abby the enforcer and of course baby bee Willy(spider nakie away)....and of course the seriously sexy incubus Spike.

I read the entire "series" ..both the Fae and the Otherworlds. I will read about anything, and once I start a book, no matter how much I dislike it, I will see it through. First, let me establish, that this is not a series. Really, it should have been 2 books, but more later. Honestly? Not sure how these got such rave reviews. The characters lack true depth, and the main character Jayne, is pretty much obnoxious, however somehow in fantasy dream guys find this trait appealing. I think I read most of the book, hoping that she would change, but no, it didn't. She stayed pretty much the same-sarcastic (but not in a witty or funny way, more in like a 4th grader way) ridiculous, selfish, and generally just annoying. I thought she would gain some depth and become a multi-dimensional character, but alas, not so much. There are lots of inconsistencies in the stories, for example things that the fae don't understand because they are modern terms, but then they will use phrases that are semi-current a page later. That might seem like I am picking however, I feel that a good writer does this. The concept is good, nothing insanely original, however its another authors take, and found it to be non-repetitive of other fantasy books I have read. I felt that this book was written more as a high school project to turn in by a deadline. Realizing now that this author churns out books every month, I can now see why it was lacking and why there are 6 books instead of 2. If I didn't have compulsive issues then I would have stopped after the first book. I appreciate that the author is publishing books, and realize plenty of people enjoy her stories, but for me, it didn't work so well.
