About the Author

Jaid Black is a novelist for Ellora's Cave and, most recently, Berkley/Jove. Her earlier (steamy but not erotic) titles can be found under the pen name Tia Isabella. A single mother, Jaid and the kids enjoy traveling together as time allows. When Jaid gets her way, which usually involves a lot of begging and dire threats, they head toward Europe. When the kids get their way, which is usually the case, they head for Disney World.

In addition to writing erotic romances, Jaid also collaborates on horror novels and screenplays (horror and romantic comedies) with fellow EC author Claudia Rose. Their joint pen name is Millar Black.

Jordan Summers is a no nonsense, straight shooting Midwesterner, with a romantic streak a mile wide. Happily-ever-after is a must whether she’s at the movies, watching television, or just enjoying a good book.

Jordan wrote her first romance in high school and will be forever grateful to the creative writing teacher who gave her an A- , even though she turned it in a week late.

Just as at home on a ranch, as she is in a major city, Jordan now lives out West, where snow is a distant memory from the past. She enjoys spending time with her husband, the definition of a romantic renaissance man, going to bookstores, and visiting family and friends in Scotland.

Treva Harte: When she isn't writing or tending to her children, husband and dog (not necessarily in that order), Treva Harte works full-time as a government attorney in a city with many other government attorneys. In a previous lifetime Treva got her Master's in English Lit and had once planned to be an English professor. She is an active member of both the Romance Writers of America (RWA) and Washington (D.C.) Romance Writers (WRW).

More About the Author

Jordan Summers finished her first book in 2002. It was a finalist in the 'Daphne Du Maurier' contest the same year. She went on to sell eight fantasy books to Ellora's Cave Publishing and has enjoyed success with her Atlantean's Quest series.

Jordan also won the Harlequin Blaze Published Author contest in 2005 and garnered another book deal. During the same year, she submitted a dark paranormal romance to Tor and landed a three-book deal. Loved Jaid Black's story. She writes for sexy, erotic, and love. We definitely recommend and re-read this book again.
