If you like your police detective stories dark and wise-cracking, this one's for you. Jennifer Castle is a mouthy homicide detective who has to put up with hazing from her male colleagues, an unsympathetic partner, and a nonexistent sex life while investigating a murder that just doesn't make any sense. You'll quickly get pulled into the investigation with her, turning pages to find out what happens next.
