With my head in the clouds and feet on the ground, I crave being immersed in mood-altering music, so I have listened to the Portal CD over and over. As a Gershwin fan, my favorite track is Margie Adam's composition, "Heritage." Also I am loving the multi-sensory nature of this package: the DVD's gorgeous "rock shots" are set to some blissful, jazz-pop-"aaahh" [relieved sigh of relaxation]! I've been keeping it in my computer's DVD drive for a little virtual visual vacation in between email sessions....

PORTAL is terrific. The photography--the sunlight on the stones, the little bird on top, the cloud formations, all are beautiful. The DVD will be an asset for centering groups and for "stress reduction." The solo piano is great, acting as a help to guide us--who knows where? It will be different for all.
