This blade is amazing it goes right through metal but don't use it on wood or it will instantly dull. More than once I have told people who borrow my saw to change the blades but they figure if it goes through metal whats the big deal going through wood it dosn't work.

The blade cuts good but you need to have safty glasses,ear plugs, face shield and long sleeved shirt to protect yourself from the chips. One drawback on the 6" is the arbor is 1/2". It needs to be bigger with some bushing included.

I have used this blade to cut 3/16 angle iron and it wasn't much different from cutting through lumber with a regular blade. The only open issue is longevity. The blade undeniably cuts well when new and so far has held up well. The carbide has a noticeably greater angle than wood blades so there is more material behind the tooth. Only time will tell how long the blade holds up.
