Excellent quality materials, air-tight container,

Porter Cable brand biscuits are of high quality out of the plastic air-tight container. Once installed and glued up with Tite-Bond or Elmers Glue-All they expand and fill the gap in the wood quite well. When using Elmers Glue-All it is best to soak the biscuits in clean water for one minute then wipe dry prior to installing. Elmers is a thinner glue, hence the need for additional moisture. The air-tight plastic container keeps the biscuits from absorbing outside moisture during storage. In addition, the container make for good use of shelf space in your shop or garage. Other brand biscuits seem to be dusty and gritty in the zip lock storage bags they come in. Further, other brand biscuits are brittle out of the bags which defeats the strengthening abilities biscuits are to provide. In all, a good product.
