Porter Cable should take a lesson in cases from Ingersol Rand. I bought this set of SAE sockets and an Ingersol set of Metrices at the same time. Sets are similar in size and price but the P/C kit arrived with the CHEAP plastic case already broken. The Ingersol kit has a good blow molded case to keep your sockets handy for a long time.

Well worth the money you can not find Impact sockets this good this cheep they are worth every penny I also bought A 3/8 drive set

This is the best quality/price impact socket set in the market. Works very good even with regular extension bars.

These deep well impact sockets are very well constructed and the most affordable impact sockets I could find. I would recommend them to anyone, from an occasional use homeowner to the professional mechanic.

This is a very good and high quality product. I've seen complaints from others about the case but I think it's great.

The only downside, for me, is that the socket walls are relatively thick and I cannot use the socket that I need on the custom wheels that are on my Ford truck - the lug nuts are deeply recessed and I have to use a 3/4 inch thin wall socket.

these sockets work great i use them with my impact wrench on car lug nuts all the time.
also works great for other jobs.

I can't believe these are only $22. They are well made and seem like they will last a long long time. I've used them a few times while working on my car and they've been great.

I was looking for some High quality sockets that could stand up to some heavy duty impact jobs such as axle spindle removals, wheel lugs, axle nuts, transmissions etc.....i bought this kit along with the 3/8 kit to match my porter cable Impact wrench and gun. The gun can put out close to 400ft lbs of torque and these sockets have had no problem helping me rebuild my entire car. The black coating is pretty tough and aside from my 22mm they all have the coating still on them and the only reason the coating from the 22 is gone is because its used constantly for wheel lugs. The quality and weight of these sockets are awesome since its chrome vanadium afterall , i see absolutely no reason to buy a more expensive kit , no matter what job you intend to use them for.

These are great quality sockets. And the carrying case with handle on end is very handy. Just yesterday I crawled up on top of the Cat excavator and it was so easy to just take the case.

Now if someone would figure a way to make the sizes VERY visible. Fine line black on black just doesn't cut it.

Great deal on a set of deep impact wrench sockets. Perfect for the do it yourself mechanic.
