This is more like a large format magazine, than a book. It does have a cardboard cover. This book is filled with pictures of models, actresses, singers and other famous women. There are a few pictures of nudity, but most pictures are of the woman in lingerie, and other skimpy clothing. I enjoyed the oversize book, but wish it had been a little more risque. If you are a fan of Bettina Rheims or photos of pretty woman you will enjoy this book. Madonna is on the cover, as well as a few pages in the book. There are also pictures from the Movie Showgirls.

this one of the first items of the serie portfolio made by the german stern magazine consacrated to only one photographer at a time.you can watch beautiful pictures of models or celebrities like sharon stone or madonna who's on the cover and on several pages inside.bettina rheims has a special link with women and you can see it in the pictures.the paper is really beautiful and the magazine has a huge size which is perfect to appreciate the work of the artist. few months ago, i bought the herb ritts issue, also with madonna on the cover and i loved it, the cover is hard by now and you have more the impression to buy a book than a magazine for a small price.as you can see it, i really enjoyed.

This is an extremely good profolio of Bettina. The expression and tone color impress me. Comparing to her b/w work, I like the color saturation more. Her recent work on INRA is also good but not as interesting on this book. Go and get a copy.

Bettina Rheims is an extraordinary photographer i was fortunate enough to have worked with her.She evokes someting from you that you never knew was even there.It amazing to have worked with such an artist.
