This cover does very well to protect my Kindle. It's pretty rigid, and seems like it would repel a spill. It is pretty slim, so doesn't make it too bulky, which I like. My only gripe is that the elastic bands to hold the Kindle are not very strong. So it easily slips out of the bands. I realize they made them on the corners to not interfere with any buttons. But I think a thin, stronger band going across would've been better, and still not interfering. I like that it folds back so I can read my Kindle without removing the case. I can even use my clip-on light right over the case, which is nice. Overall I'm very satisfied with this product.
