I love this product. I ordered (1) before and either my husband or son broke it. As soon as I realized it was broke, I was back on Amazon re-ordering two bowls. I also like the fact that they came with a free complimentary snack bowl. The serving size bowl has been a great help. I use it for everything, including soups. It has been a helpful tool in my losing weight. Yeah, I could use a regular bowl, but, at least this way I won't be tempted to go over the portion size. The only thing I would have liked differently about this bowl is for it to have been break proof. Otherwise, I say buy it, buy it, buy it! Just remember to stop at having that one bowl if you're trying to control your portion sizes and lose weight.

We tried to order these bowls from this company 2 months ago and never received our order. They sent three cheap plastic bowls as an apology for the delay in the order then stated 2 weeks later that our order had already been shipped. We never received the portion control bowls. It seemed like it would be a good idea but it would be cheaper and quicker to just measure and mark my own bowls with a marker.
