If you are aware of the DEPTH of your food, this plate is a great little reminder to keep portions under control. My doctor said most people don't realize how many servings of food they consume, because their portion size is way too big. I decided to give this plate a try, and have now lost 8 pounds.....every little aid helps because losing weight is so difficult. Sometimes I think just eating what we normally eat, and adjusting the portions, is the easiest and most effective diet of all!
