I like this product because it allows you to eat a correct portion and not feel hungry or stuffed from eating too much. The product arrived quiclky, to date I have lost 7 pounds and it has only been 1 month!

I received the portion plate and it looks fine. However, I also received a bowl and a glass that were just plain with no ounces or lines or anything on them like it was portayed in the picture. They weren't even the same glass and bowl that was in the picture. I also didn't receive the pamphlet. I was going to send it all back, but it didn't come with any sort of return information either.
